It does seem to be happening an awful lot lately :( Ok ... I just made a paper aeroplane for you and chucked it out the window ... it should be safe now ;)
I predict that there will be a dirigible accident of epic proportions on the Eastern US. It will be caused by hydrogen gas combustion and will be captured by local reporters.
